Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or HR-related role preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and complex schedules.
• Professional communication with candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS/HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain interview calendars and ensure all participants have necessary information.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Track candidates through stages of the hiring process and keep recruitment moving.
• Coordinate candidate mine-site visits, including travel, lodging, and safety information.
• Provide timely updates to candidates, hiring managers, HR, and site leadership.
