Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent progressive recruiting experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and filling challenging roles in competitive labor markets.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting practices and candidate experience.
• Ability to work with significant autonomy, manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and modern sourcing tools.
• Mining industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for site-based, technical, professional, and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop postings, market strategy, and recruiting timelines.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond postings, including direct outreach and partnerships.
• Take ownership of critical requisitions with urgency and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Build relationships with passive candidates, schools, workforce partners, and industry groups to support hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create postings, interview plans, and evaluation criteria.
• Screen and interview candidates, delivering clear assessments and timely feedback.
• Represent First Majestic and Jerritt Canyon as a strong employment brand ambassador.
• Develop competitive salary recommendations aligned with guidelines and market realities.
• Maintain recruiting data in ATS and prepare updates and metrics.
