Inizio Medical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the US, remote working. You will lead end-to-end hiring for US positions, develop ads and sourcing strategies, and drive a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• End-to-end in-house recruitment experience and direct sourcing in a specialist area.
• Experience recruiting in medical communications or pharmaceutical environments is desirable.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse highly desirable.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full hiring process for assigned US positions and manage candidate search and experience.
• Develop advertisements and sourcing strategies from hiring briefs.
• Use marketing and direct sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, other platforms) to attract candidates.
• Manage candidates in Greenhouse and collaborate with hiring managers to move candidates timely.
• Provide feedback to candidates on process, interviews, and outcomes.
• Proactively update hiring managers on vacancy activity and process.
• Lead initial interview process, including recruiter interviews.
• Make offers and manage contracts through acceptance.
