HealthEdge is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers across the business and develop expertise in talent attraction, candidate experience, sourcing strategies, and employer branding. You will manage multiple roles (8+) with high efficiency, coordinate offers, and contribute to HealthEdge's employer brand through candidate interactions and recruitment events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, or related experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles is preferred but not required.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position needs and requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing strategies.
• Design interview processes that ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Coordinate offers and onboarding activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
• Track and report applicant flow and recruiting metrics.
