Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment campaigns is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates for contract or full-time openings via fairs, databases, firms, and social networks.
• Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers for interviewing.
• Schedule interviews and manage workload.
• Maintain and utilize the ATS; build a diverse candidate pool.
