Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Two years HR experience with a Bachelor's Degree or four years with a HS diploma
• 3-5 years recruitment experience preferred
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and hard-to-fill roles
• Sourcing experience required
• Eligible to attend TA events in VA/NC

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting solutions
• Manage recruitment for open positions in assigned units and source new candidates
• Drive screening, interviewing, testing and selection as a TA partner
• Develop recruitment plans and improve employment processes
• Lead projects and handle high volumes of positions across diverse roles
