Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Norfolk, VA to partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to forecast hiring needs and deliver strategic recruiting solutions.

You will manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to interviews, for multiple open roles across business units, with a focus on high-volume and hard-to-fill positions and healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Two years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or four years of equivalent experience with a High School Diploma or GED are required.
• 3-5 years recruitment experience is strongly preferred
• Recruitment in Healthcare environment strongly preferred
• Experience with high volume recruitment, hard to fill positions
• Ability to attend recruitment events and participate in TA events strongly preferred (Virginia/North Carolina)

• Lead projects and excels at maintaining and successfully addressing a high load of positions, a variety of positions and/or hard to fill positions in the areas of greatest need

Role Overview

Pay and Benefits

The base pay range for full-time employment is $68,598.40 - $103,396.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
