Qualifications

• 3-5 years recruitment experience preferred.
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• High-volume recruitment and sourcing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand and anticipate hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment process for all open positions in assigned business units.
• Identify and tap into new sourcing resources; recruit diverse, high-value candidates.
• Execute and facilitate the overall recruitment strategy including screening and interviewing.
• Lead projects and handle a high load of positions, including hard-to-fill roles.
