Placements24 is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract and secure top talent for diverse client organizations nationwide. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, conduct interviews and guide hiring managers through the process.

This role offers remote flexibility, exposure to Finance, Mining, and Agriculture sectors, and opportunities to shape recruitment strategies while working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Ability to source candidates across multiple roles and industries.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related field.
• Knowledge of the Welkom/Free State job market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for varied client roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidate pools.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone/video/in-person), assess fit.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Use recruitment tools/social platforms to source candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure positive experience.
• Track metrics and report on hiring progress.
• Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices.
• Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to process/tool improvements in recruitment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
