• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Psychology; certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates; build a diverse talent pipeline using job boards, social media, and networking; conduct initial screenings and interviews; partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions; implement data-driven recruiting tech.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate conversion; prepare reports to guide hiring decisions; monitor industry trends to improve processes.
• Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy: Promote unbiased hiring; develop DEI initiatives; train managers on inclusive recruitment; represent the company at events.
• Employer Branding & Engagement: Build employer branding content; engage universities and professional groups; organize virtual and in-person events; share employee success stories.
