Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate sources for hiring through networking, referrals, and tech tools.
• Manage regional recruiting budget and广告 spend with cost-efficiency.
• Develop preferred supplier list of third-party recruiters and negotiate rates.
• Screen, interview, and test applicants; maintain candidate database.
• Provide regional staffing metrics and advise management on turnover issues.
• Train hiring managers and colleagues on recruiting software and system updates.
• Promote behavioral interviewing techniques and other assessment tools.
• Support and train colleagues in staffing techniques.
