Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Four (4) years of staffing experience; insurance recruiting preferred.
• Experience with recruiting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing activities within a designated region.
• Partner with management to implement cost-effective staffing initiatives.
• Develops supplier lists and negotiates contract rates with recruiters.
• Screens, interviews, and maintains applicant database.
• Provides staffing metrics and supports turnover analysis.
• Trains hiring managers on recruiting tools and processes.
