• Oversee staffing activities within a designated region and partner withOperations management to implement cost-effective initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a candidate relationship pipeline and source for talent.
• Manage recruiting budget and negotiate with third-party recruiters.
• Screens and interviews applicants and tracks metrics for regional hiring.
