HYRE HARPER Co. is seeking a remote Recruiter to identify, attract, and acquire top talent across service lines. You will source candidates, prescreen applicants, conduct interviews, and present top fits to hiring managers.

Responsibilities include sourcing via various channels, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers and onboarding, and maintaining recruitment records. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or professional services.
• Solid understanding of recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and managers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with ATS and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using multiple channels and networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across departments.
• Manage offers and onboarding processes to successful candidates.
• Maintain recruiting records and stay informed of market trends and best practices.
