Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle across departments, from job profiling to extending offers, in a fast-paced remote setting.

You will develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, assess candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience while enhancing Placements24's employer brand globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years in talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing for technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for various roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency or in-house.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
