Cross Border Talents is seeking a Freelance Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring across multiple markets. You will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage client relationships, delivering a seamless candidate experience while aligning with client needs.

This remote role offers flexible hours and the autonomy to work from anywhere. You will build a diverse talent pool, leverage recruitment tools, and collaborate with a global network of clients to fill roles

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in English and an additional language is a plus.
