The role requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience, strong scheduling and vendor management skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work remotely when needed. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in IT, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
• Experience with ATS and administration tools; vendor management systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified applicants for all openings.
• Work with hiring managers to understand department needs and job openings.
• Schedule pre-employment drug tests and background verification.
• Create onboarding programs and new-hire orientations.
• Plan interview procedures including screening calls and in-person interviews.
• Identify top candidates from applicant pools and manage selection.
• Source applicants via LinkedIn and professional networks.
