Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a talented recruiter to join its team, supporting in Puerto Rico and beyond. You will recruit, interview, and onboard candidates, partner with hiring managers, and manage scheduling and drug tests in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3–5 years in recruitment, and fluency in English and Spanish. Remote work options are available with standard 8am–5pm hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in IT, Pharmaceutical and Medical device industries.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative tools.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline and VNDLY).
• Able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings.
• Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification.
• Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
