Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC in Puerto Rico and the USA is seeking a talented HR Administrator to join our team. You will maintain personnel files, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and benefits, and support management with HR processes.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in HR or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. You will handle confidential information and work with Payroll and management to ensure smooth HR

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in HR, Business Admin, Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Previous experience in HR or personnel administration.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment documentation, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations.
• Strong organizational, recordkeeping, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work independently and seek management review when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee personnel files, HR records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Onboard new hires, including employment paperwork and benefits.
• Process changes in employee status, promotions, transfers, and separations.
• Maintain attendance and leave records; coordinate with Payroll.
• Assist employees with HR policy questions.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and changes with providers.
• Support workplace investigations with information gathering and documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
