QRC Group, based in Caguas, Puerto Rico, is hiring a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple client projects. You will publish postings, source candidates, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain ATS records, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in recruitment, a degree in HR or related field, experience with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS, and fluency in English and Spanish.

• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for regulated industries (pharma, biotech, manufacturing).
• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn and job boards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
