Job summary

ECHO Consulting Group is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in the United States / Puerto Rico region. You will participate in the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting resource planning.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years of recruiting or HR-related experience, and strong English/Spanish communication. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR internships, or administrative/customer service positions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and screen prospective candidates for various roles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in our internal resource planning and recruitment campaign activities
• Support administrative tasks throughout the recruiting process
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with candidates and team members
