Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Temporary Recruiter / Sourcer to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. You will proactively source and engage candidates for corporate positions, build pipelines, and support end-to-end recruitment for select roles.

You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers. Prior experience with Workday Recruiting is preferred, and the role requires strong communication and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates.
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future corporate roles.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess fit and interest.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to tailor sourcing strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including interviews and offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data inWorkday and other systems.
