Five Below is seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent, source candidates, screen applicants, and negotiate offers, supporting a seamless candidate experience.

You will manage job requisitions in Workday, maintain accurate metrics, and share market insights with HR and leaders. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in high-volume recruitment are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Retail industry experience preferred.

Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance including sourcing, screening, providing feedback, candidate management and negotiating offers.

Manage open job requisitions in ATS (Workday) to ensure accurate tracking and metrics reporting.

Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to HR and hiring managers.

Bachelor’s Degree Required

Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a high-volume environment

Retail industry experience preferred

Ability to be agile, flexible and thrive in a fast paced, high growth, competitive environment with an eye towards efficiencies in process

Must project a strong business presence and can instill confidence in clients and deliver results

Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience

Aptitude for working with highly confidential and sensitive information

Experience with Workday preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
