Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Recruiter to drive full life cycle hiring across the company and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline, manage offers, and help shape our recruiting strategy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in retail, with proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance including sourcing, screening, providing feedback, candidate management and negotiating offers.
• Manage open job requisitions in ATS (Workday) to ensure accurate tracking and metrics reporting.
• Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to HR and hiring managers.

• Experience with Workday preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
