Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Recruiter (remote) to support our corporate hiring across functions. You will proactively source passive candidates, engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong pipelines.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for selected positions, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate candidate data in Workday Recruiting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or talent sourcing.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to recruit across a variety of corporate functions and position levels.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
