Five Below is seeking a Recruiter to drive full life cycle hiring across a fast-growing retail environment. You will attract and manage top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in high-volume recruiting, with a preference for retail experience. Proactive sourcing, strong communication, and experience with Workday are valued as the company continues to expand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsabilités

• Attract top talent and build a strong candidate pool for current and future openings.
• Proactively identify, source, and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from outreach to offers, including sourcing, screening, feedback, and negotiation.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers.
• Develop and adjust sourcing strategy to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Manage open job requisitions in ATS (Workday) with accurate tracking and reporting.
• Share knowledge on market trends with HR and hiring managers.
