Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Temporary Recruiter / Sourcer to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. You will proactively source and engage candidates for corporate positions, build pipelines, and support end-to-end recruitment for select roles.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Temporary Recruiter / Sourcer to support our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role will primarily focus on proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for corporate positions across a variety of functions. In addition to sourcing, this individual will manage full-cycle recruitment for select positions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future corporate hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications, interest, and alignment with open positions.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and hiring manager communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in Workday and other recruitment systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or talent sourcing.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to recruit across a variety of corporate functions and position levels.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or a high-volume corporate recruiting environment is a plus.
