Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates with measured metrics (time to fill, pipeline health).

Responsibilities

• Actively engages talent from all data sources, including open market and internal CRM/ATS.
• Full lifecycle sourcing: research, profile enrichment, and data management leading to qualified applicants.
