PanAgora Asset Management Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support high-volume recruiting within our financial services teams.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to guide sourcing, assessment, and selection for professional and management roles, shaping candidate experience and fair hiring practices. The role is temporary, focused on delivering strategic recruiting support with diverse pipelines, structured interviews, and inclusive practices, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting high-volume professional or financial services roles.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies.
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through job postings, referrals, and proactive sourcing.
• Use assessment tools, structured interview guides, and scorecards for merit-based decisions.
• Coach leaders on inclusive recruitment practices and unbiased interviewing.
• Monitor employment–focused social media sites and job boards to strengthen employer brand.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
• Share recruiting best practices and market insights with the Talent Acquisition team.
