Job summary

CDP is a Boston-based, remote-first organization seeking a Temporary Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner for approximately 3 months. You will partner with the Chief People Officer and the People Operations team to drive end-to-end recruitment, build diverse pipelines, and ensure equitable, data-driven hiring decisions aligned with CDP's values.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong sourcing skills, experience across nonprofit/tech/fundraising domains, and the ability to influence hiring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source and hire across nonprofit, technology, fundraising, and analytics.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Data-driven approach to hiring and time-to-fill reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from requisition approval through offer.
• Collaborate with People Operations to design roles and compensation.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines for multiple functions.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and communicate insights to leadership.
• Guide managers through equitable hiring practices.
