Job summary

CDP, a Boston-based public benefit corporation, seeks a Fundraising Operations Coordinator for a remote, temporary role. You will work with Salesforce and RevCRM to support public media donors and pledge drives, reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations & Support Services.

You will engage in case resolution, campaign tracking, and donor benefits fulfillment, while ensuring data quality across systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in written communication is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work well with others in an inclusive environment.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve within a technological framework.
• Commitment to learning in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; CRM familiarity is a plus.
• Non-Profit or related internships or coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist partner station development staff by researching and resolving donor issues submitted through the case management system.
• Coordinate station pledge drives by creating campaigns and tracking pledge program performance and success.
• Facilitate the fulfillment of donor membership benefits, including thank-you gifts and pledge acknowledgements.
• Assist other teams within the Fundraising Operations department on special projects and day-to-day operational needs.
• Maintain data quality and integrity within the CRM system.
• Create donation forms to support partner station fundraising initiatives.
• Occasional overtime/afterhours work required to meet critical deadlines.
