Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills.
• Influence and partner with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple searches concurrently.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and use insights.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with employment practices and hiring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the recruiting process from requisition through offer.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview processes and collect evaluations.
• Source passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Partner with People Operations and hiring managers to align needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data.
• Support onboarding and transition activities for new hires.
