Job summary

Creative Cove Inc. is seeking a Recruiter for an immediate remote contract to support in-house external searches for management positions across brands and select District/Regional roles.

The role involves researching, identifying, engaging and qualifying talent leads, and building targeted sourcing strategies using ATS, networks, social media and talent mapping.

You will work with Hiring Managers and HR partners to deliver a seamless candidate experience and adapt to evolving hiring priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of full recruitment lifecycle or sourcing experience.
• Sourcing experience using internet, research and cold calling.
• Talent assessment and influencing skills.
• Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of leadership.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Influence and collaborate with Hiring Managers, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Build talent pipelines and sourcing for multiple openings.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned buildings/geographic areas.
• Develop actionable staffing plans and leverage internal/external resources.
• Source, engage and assess candidates throughout the funnel.
• Deliver best-in-class hiring experience to stakeholders and candidates.
• Communicate plans and activities proactively to teams.
• Anticipate challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
