Placer.ai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles and act as a true partner to hiring managers. You will source and engage top talent, guide candidates through a thoughtful interview process, and keep a healthy pipeline moving across multiple openings at once.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 - 4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting in a high-growth SaaS or technology company, with multiple roles in parallel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, representing Placer professionally to candidates.
• Collaborative, team-based mindset with cross-functional work across departments.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in managing pipelines and ATS records.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building outreach that gets responses.
• Screen resumes and advance those who closely match role requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview loops to move processes quickly.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline across multiple roles and stages.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates to business partners and stakeholders, keep ATS accurate.
• Build strong candidate relationships and represent the Placer brand.
• Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and HR partners to refine role requirements and ensure SOPs and SLAs are followed.
• Become a subject-matter expert in Placer's product, industry, and market.
