Job summary

Plug Technologies Inc in Los Angeles, CA, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-lifecycle recruiting across engineering, operations, and go-to-market. This on-site role reports to the VP of People and requires you to manage a portfolio of 8–12 open requisitions.

You’ll build modern processes with Ashby automation, direct sourcing, and structured interviews. You’ll partner with hiring managers, coach interviewers, and own compensation discussions, with equity to support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Owns searches from intake to close without handoffs.
• Experience recruiting technical and go-to-market roles.
• Hands-on Ashby experience and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, operations, and GTM.
• Lead structured kickoffs, market insights, and compensation discussions.
• Build and maintain pipelines with proactive sourcing.
• Design interview loops, rubrics, and debriefs to speed decisions.
• Automate coordination and scheduling to reduce admin time.
