Job summary

ScaleOps is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally with a startup background, to own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to running the interview process. You will create an exceptional candidate experience and help scale our team as we grow.

Collaborating with department heads, you will design targeted recruiting strategies, source through social media and job boards, and maintain accurate ATS data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment.
• Experience managing dynamic, high-volume hiring processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with initiative.
• Nice-to-have: GTM experience in the US.
• Nice-to-have: ATS experience.
• Nice-to-have: Hebrew language skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative, targeted recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases
• Conduct interviews and manage the interview process from start to finish
• Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
