Job summary

Trinity Health seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to oversee the TA team across a defined ministry, division or service area in Michigan. You will partner with Human Resources and business leaders to optimize performance, drive operational excellence and ensure high-quality, diverse talent pipelines.

You will standardize processes, advance the national TA strategy, manage vendor relationships, and measure financial targets and KPIs to deliver value for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of talent acquisition experience, regional scope; at least two (2) years of people management.
• Must reside in the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Acquisition team and services for the defined area.
• Provide guidance and leadership to TA leads and colleagues.
• Recruit, screen, hire, and onboard high-quality, diverse talent pipelines.
• Collaborate across TA System Services Areas to ensure strategy and operations integration.
