Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven success recruiting technical and/or operational talent.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned functions and locations.
• Recruit across diverse positions including engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, IT, and leadership.
• Develop sourcing strategies for critical, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, networks, universities, and referrals.
• Conduct candidate screening to ensure alignment with requirements and values.
• Manage the offer process with HR and hiring leaders, including negotiations.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
