Qualifications

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate and tech roles in North America.
Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever or similar).
Clear, organized communicator who can manage multiple searches.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end recruitment for corporate and technical roles.
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and timelines.
Build candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to close.
Follow TA processes and tools and flag improvements.
Track activity and share pipeline updates with stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and Finance on headcount planning and offers.
