Qualifications

• Experience as a Developer or similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with various ATS or HRIS platforms.
• Experience building integrations using APIs and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable recruiting systems using automation tools.
• Develop API-based data flows between systems.
• Act as technical product owner for recruiting tech stack.

Skills

Experience as a Developer, Systems Engineer, or similar technical role

Hands-on experience with ATS or HRIS platforms

Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, or orchestration tools

Strong data skills

Experience owning JIRA boards

Proven ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders

Track record of shipping meaningful system improvements

Education
