Valenz Health is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across professional and technical roles. You will partner with hiring leaders to understand needs, define candidate profiles, and drive a proactive sourcing strategy.

The role emphasizes sourcing passive candidates, conducting rigorous assessments, and guiding hiring decisions with market insights. You’ll manage candidate pipelines in an ATS, coordinate offers, and support onboarding while maintaining

Qualifications

10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across professional and technical roles.
Experience recruiting across Sales, Technology, Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal, and other functions.
Proven ability to independently manage searches from intake to offer acceptance.
Strong sourcing of passive candidates and market insights to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles across functions and levels.
Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
Proactively source and engage qualified talent, including passive candidates.
Screen and assess candidates for experience, fit, and motivation.
