Job summary

Vantage is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full lifecycle recruitment and scale our growth across North America. The role can be remote in the US or hybrid at an office location.

You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and partnerships with hiring managers and HR to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline. This role requires data-driven decision making and strong collaboration in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in data center, construction, facilities, real estate, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers, Total Rewards, and HR to align offers and compensation.
• Provide market insights, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
