Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full lifecycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with the option to work remotely in the US or hybrid at a Denver office.

You will partner with People & Culture and hiring managers to align staffing with growth, build a diverse pipeline, and deliver market insights. Expect travel up to 10% and a competitive benefits package in Colorado.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in data center, real estate, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS (Workday) and sourcing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from posting to offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide processes.
• Maintain data hygiene within the ATS and drive TA reporting.
• Create inclusive job descriptions and proactive sourcing strategies.
