Job summary

Artefact North America is seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our consulting and technical hiring across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. You will own searches from intake to offer, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to move fast in a competitive market.

This hands-on role emphasizes sourcing creativity, stakeholder management, and process improvement, with 20–30 hours weekly and up to $60/hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong technical recruiting experience across AI, data engineering, analytics, data science, ML and related roles.
• Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America for consulting and technical roles.
• Serve as the regional Talent Acquisition partner, managing recruiting across multiple business lines and competing priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, workforce needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Recruit across consulting and technical disciplines including AI, data science, analytics, ML, and other specialized roles.
• Build proactive, diverse pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, networking, market mapping, and AI-powered tools.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from intake through onboarding.
