Artefact, a global data and AI consulting firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across consulting and technical roles in the US, Canada, and Latin America.

You’ll own the full lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and maintain a high hiring bar in a fast-paced market. The role may include campus recruiting, workforce planning, and process improvements to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for multiple regions and functions.

• Build proactive, diverse pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from intro to onboarding.
• Advise leaders on hiring decisions, interviews, and compensation positioning.
• Balance daily recruiting with employer branding, ops, and process improvements.
• Analyze metrics to forecast outcomes and drive improvements.
• Design scalable recruiting programs and structured interview processes.
• Champion inclusive hiring with objective evaluation criteria.
• Build the Artefact employer brand through events, partnerships, and social media.

As Artefact continues to grow across the US and Canada, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to help us identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across consulting and technical disciplines.

This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who can move quickly, source creatively, partner closely with hiring managers, and maintain a high hiring bar in a competitive market. You'll own searches from intake through offer, build strong candidate pipelines, and help ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

As the organization continues to scale, this role may also contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives, including campus recruiting, talent pipelining, workforce planning, and recruiting process improvements.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll empower a rapidly scaling consulting organization by balancing hiring needs across established and emerging markets across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. We're looking for someone who can quickly establish strong stakeholder relationships, contribute immediately, and deliver high-quality hires with minimal ramp-up.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, leading searches across both consulting and technical functions.
• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for the region, independently managing the recruiting function across multiple business lines, hiring managers, and competing priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers and chapter leads to define hiring strategies, workforce needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Recruit across both consulting and technical disciplines, including AI, data science, analytics, data engineering, machine learning, and other specialized roles.
• Build proactive, diverse talent pipelines using modern sourcing techniques, direct outreach, referrals, networking, talent communities, market mapping, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from the initial conversation through onboarding while ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on hiring decisions, interview quality, candidate evaluation, compensation positioning, and talent market trends.
• Balance day-to-day recruiting execution with broader talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, recruiting operations, interview training, and process improvements.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, forecast hiring outcomes, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Design and continuously improve scalable recruiting programs, structured interview processes, hiring documentation, workflows, and recruiting best practices.
• Champion an inclusive hiring process grounded in structured assessments, objective decision-making, and consistent evaluation criteria.
• Build and strengthen the Artefact employer brand through social media, networking events, community partnerships, and talent marketing initiatives.
