You will build pipelines, assess candidates, and collaborate with hiring teams to design role requirements and messaging that attract top talent in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of talent management within a client; executes full-cycle recruitment processes with a strong service mindset.
• Screen, assess and advocate for candidates to ensure successful employment outcomes.
• Develops pipelines, builds client relationships and improves sourcing strategies.
