Artefact, a global data and AI consulting firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across consulting and technical roles in the US, Canada, and Latin America.

You’ll own the full lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and maintain a high hiring bar in a fast-paced market. The role may include campus recruiting, workforce planning, and process improvements to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
• Source top talent using modern methods and AI-powered tools.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define roles and profiles.
• Recruit across consulting and technical disciplines including AI, data science, analytics, data engineering, ML.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for multiple regions and functions.
• Serve as primary TA partner for the region, managing multiple priorities.
• Define hiring strategies, workforce needs, and candidate profiles with managers.
• Build proactive, diverse pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from intro to onboarding.
• Advise leaders on hiring decisions, interviews, and compensation positioning.
• Balance daily recruiting with employer branding, ops, and process improvements.
• Analyze metrics to forecast outcomes and drive improvements.
• Design scalable recruiting programs and structured interview processes.
• Champion inclusive hiring with objective evaluation criteria.
• Build the Artefact employer brand through events, partnerships, and social media.
• Leverage AI and new recruiting tech to streamline sourcing and preparation.
