Job summary

BDA Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a remote contract role. You will design recruitment plans, source candidates across channels, and partner with hiring managers to build strong teams while maintaining an unbiased ATS process.

You will drive diverse, qualified pipelines, coordinate with HRBPs, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Hybrid office options may arise if converted to a direct hire.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
• Experience with ATS, Greenhouse preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create recruitment plans and calendars aligned with operation and sales projections.
• Provide input to ensure teams are diverse and qualified.
• Develop long-term staffing strategies with a focus on candidate quality.
• Devise sourcing strategies and employer branding to build pipelines.
• Create end-to-end hiring processes ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Work with hiring managers to set clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
• Coordinate with HRBP to identify staffing needs and candidate criteria.
• Source applicants via LinkedIn, networks, communities and universities.
• Draft job descriptions and interview questions with HRBP input.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of top candidates from resumes, portfolios and references.
• Keep the employer brand active on social media.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen pipelines.
• Utilize ATS reports for time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source quality, etc.
