Job summary

Creative Tech Startup in the SF Bay Area is seeking a temporary Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting across the organization for a 6-month engagement. This onsite role (3 days/week) supports a fast-growing team and acts as the brand ambassador for candidates.

You will manage active hiring needs, partner with team leaders and HR, build structured pipelines, and streamline workflows to scale hiring while delivering a warm candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech or creative environment.
• Dynamic & personable: positive, approachable, proactive, strong candidate engagement.
• Agile mindset: self-starter who creates structure in a dynamic workplace.
• Data & tech-fluent: modern sourcing instincts with meticulous candidate tracking.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership: Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple open requisitions from sourcing to offer delivery.
• Process & Workflow Setup: Build organized pipelines, tracking systems, and structured hiring workflows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal leaders and HR to define target candidate profiles and guide interview loops.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a warm, high-touch candidate experience and support smooth onboarding handoffs.
