Job summary

Legence is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, and leadership roles for a fully remote U.S. team. You will manage a 3-5 person TA group, partner with executives, and shape workforce planning using data-driven insights.

Experience with engineering/MEP-adjacent fields is preferred. The role includes developing scalable sourcing strategies, driving process improvements, and delivering regular executive updates on hiring trends and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in progressive talent acquisition.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct people leadership or recruiting team management.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in a consultative environment.
• Strong analytics, metrics, and reporting skills.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent hiring initiatives across diverse functions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3-5 Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Set goals, performance metrics, and development plans aligned with objectives.
• Advise business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Drive recruiting operations, process compliance, and candidate experience.
• Analyze metrics and provide executive updates on pipeline health.
• Develop sourcing strategies across channels and stay informed on market trends.
• Partner with hiring managers to optimize sourcing and selection processes.
